Which Wire?

I'm installing FET CATZ driving lights. For the switch, I need to tap into a hot wire to a turn signal or headlight. Guess I should have bought a shop manual.

There are two leads to the front turn signal. One is pale green and one is black-and-white striped. Which do I tap? Or is there a better one to tap?
